The AI module is an integral part of our fraud prevention efforts. It helps us monitor and identify early, any anomalies in the workflow that could lead to more serious issues down the line for you as well as other stakeholders in the platform who may be affected by it. The AI module also tracks, alerts and notifies responsible parties for financial transactions, calendar entries, private chat requests, etc. The following are examples of AI generated alerts: planned subject visit at a site, new messages in private chat, reaching daily visit limit for investigators, decrease of amount in sponsor reimbursement account, paid vists and subject transactions, etc.
The Fintech module implements functionality for automated subject reimbursement payments. All payments are automatically calculated and instantly sent by VertiPay™ once an investigator records a participant’s visit. Payment calculations are based on expense definitions entered in the clinical trial setup. VertiPay™ can facilitate payments worldwide in multiple currencies. We have implemented and deployed local solutions for different countries. During trial setup, users can select between "per diem" expense and "per expense" tracking and reimbursement.
Each participant can choose his/her preferred way of payment (based on local tax laws and regulations). Regardless of country and region, this information is personal and can only be entered, altered and viewed by the investigator and the participant himself!
In this module, you can define multiple calendars that are used by investigators and assigned to participants during their randomization clinical trial visit. VertiPay™ AI tracks all entries in the chosen calendar and alerts authorized users and subjects. Smart Calendars are great to keep track of your visit schedules and provide alerts and notifications. The platform can automatically add subjects into relevant calendars, so they're always organized in one place!

VertiPay™ platform is designed to follow the highest standards of security and data protection. Personal data stored in VertiPay™ is protected by encryption algorithms. In addition, all data transfers to and from client devices and VertiPay™ servers are protected by TLS 1.3.
The chat module brings functionality for subjects to privately talk with investigators. All chats are one-on-one; they're encrypted so nobody else can hear what you say in them. This feature comes built into VertiPay™ and can be enabled on per trial basis. The Sponsor or CRO decides if a trial should use the private chat and enables it in the Trial Managament Module. If selected, the module, also notifies users through their selected notification method when new messages arrive - all automatically handled by our platform.
