We are happy to announce that we added to VertiPay a new feature - an encrypted peer-to-peer private chat. The feauture is availibe on per clinical trial basis. That means the CRO or the Sposnor setting up and managing the trial decides if this feature will be availible in the trial or not. When enabled, a participant can privately and securely converse with his/her Investigator via VertiPay's mobile application. The chat is tightly integrated with our AI module providing notifications to users when a new chat has been initiated or a reply submitted.
We believe having a direct and secure way to communicate with your primary investigator in a clinical trial is important and can be very beneficial for participants.
